FirstQFM held its first company offsite in Stockholm on September 8–9, 2026, bringing together members of its distributed team, board, and investor group.
FirstQFM is a remote-first quantum technology company headquartered in Sweden, with employees currently based across Sweden, Canada, Finland, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Poland. Over the past year, the company's client and partner activity has also expanded across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.
Members of the research, development, and leadership teams traveled to Stockholm for the offsite, including Helime Ruotsalainen, Adam Wesołowski, Evan Lai, Sonja Yilmaz, Emil Bobić, Isaiah Hull (CTO), and Vish Ramakrishnan (CEO).
The team was also joined by representatives from FirstQFM’s investors, including Erik Bhullar of BSV Ventures, Peter Gullander of Almi Invest, Per Björklund of Further Than Capital, and Jacob Key and Magnus Bergman of Luminar Ventures.
The offsite provided an opportunity for the team to spend time together in person, review the company’s progress, and coordinate the next phase of work as FirstQFM moves forward with a growing number of proof-of-value engagements, partner projects, and technical initiatives.
